New vehicle LifeShine
Don’t be fooled into thinking that dealer-fresh vehicles are adequately prepared. Even if you have paid for a ‘lifetime’ paint and trim protection package you may have paid for little more than a wash-on product. We specialise in offering Autoglym LifeShine to new, nearly new or freshly restored vehicles. This is an in-depth process that takes a full day to prepare and apply and a perfect accompaniment to a vehicle that has also been through our Waxoyl rust-prevention treatment, although it is available on its own.
The exterior paintwork is treated to a unique protective coating that will ensure it resists whatever the harsh weather or road conditions throw at it and maintains a deep glossy shine. The coating is also water repellant.
On the inside, every strand of the interior upholstery is treated to create an invisible barrier around the fabric or leather. Spills and moisture are expelled and prevented from staining the trim.
All external side and rear windows are treated with a highly durable, optically clear, non-stick, easy to clean coating. As you drive, the raindrops roll off to give greatly improved wet weather visibility and safety.
The LifeShine treatment includes a certificate that will help you get the best possible sale price when it’s time to sell the vehicle.
Quick Valet (from £60)
A 20-step cleaning process: Bodywork is washed using specialist wash mitts and rinsed. Wheel arches are washed and protected, all chrome surfaces cleaned. Interior vacuum cleaned and all plastics and trim wiped. All windows and mirrors cleaned (both inside and out) with our special window cleaning process. Tyres are black-walled or left natural depending on customer choice. Vehicle is Hand dried.

Bronze Wash (from £22)
Wheels are rinsed first to remove any loose dirt then cleaned with a non-acidic wheel cleaner. The Lower half of your vehicle is then sprayed with traffic film remover and pre-washed using foam to help dissolve traffic film over the rest of the vehicle. It is then washed with a high-foam shampoo and rinsed off with purified water to help reduce watermarks. Vehicle is then dried by hand. Tyres are black-walled or left natural depending on customer choice.

Silver Wash (from £30)
Wheels and arches are cleaned to remove any loose dirt then outer and inner wheel surfaces are cleaned. Chromed exhaust tip is cleaned (if present). The lower half of bodywork, wheel arches, fuel filler cap and underneath of the vehicle is sprayed with traffic film remover. Then the entire vehicle is pre-washed and hot pressure rinsed before being hand washed with a high foam shampoo. The vehicle is then rinsed and dried using a super soft drying towel. Door hinges, boot struts and fuel filler flap is cleaned and dried. Under the wheel arches are sprayed with protective treatment and exterior windows and mirrors are cleaned to finish off the process. Tyres are black-walled or left natural depending on customer choice.

Wheels and arches are cleaned to remove any loose dirt then outer and inner wheel surfaces are cleaned. Chromed exhaust tip is cleaned (if present). The lower half of bodywork, wheel arches, fuel filler cap and underneath of the vehicle is sprayed with traffic film remover. Then the entire vehicle is pre-washed and hot pressure rinsed before being hand washed with a high foam shampoo. The vehicle is then rinsed and dried using a super soft drying towel. Door hinges, boot struts and fuel filler flap is cleaned and dried. Under the wheel arches are sprayed with protective treatment and exterior windows and mirrors are cleaned. Any remaining water is removed from all bodywork gaps using an air line and a a spray detailer wax is used to freshen up the bodywork and wheels to aid water bead and provide long-lasting shine.Tyres are black-walled or left natural depending on customer choice.

A Glaze is then added to the paintwork to enhance gloss finish before finishing with Swiss*wax Onyx polish. Exterior vinyl and rubber trim treated and all door and boot seals are cleaned and treated. Interior Detailing (from £150)
Ashtrays, glove box and all pockets and storage bins are emptied and washed. Air vents cleaned. The pedals, mats, carpets and seats are cleaned and vacuumed. Boot area vacuumed. All upholstery cleaned and protected with a fabric guard. All plastics brushed, cleaned and blown with compressed air to clean into gaps. All plastics are refreshed. Leather trim is cleansed, fed and nourished. All wood, carbon fibre and chrome trim is treated, waxed and polished. All interior windows, rear view mirror and vanity mirrors cleaned.
Exterior Detailing (from £350)
Wheels and arches are cleaned to remove any loose dirt then outer and inner wheel surfaces are cleaned. Chromed exhaust tip is cleaned (if present). The lower half of bodywork, wheel arches, fuel filler cap and underneath of the vehicle is sprayed with traffic film remover. Then the entire vehicle is pre-washed and hot pressure rinsed before being hand washed with a high foam shampoo. The vehicle is then rinsed and dried using a super soft drying towel. Door hinges, boot struts and fuel filler flap is cleaned and dried. We then remove all imbedded contaminants and hand dry the whole vehicle. Road tar is removed is used from bodywork and wheels then all paintwork cleansed using Swiss*wax cleaning preparation. Swiss* wax ‘Best of Show’ is applied. All rubber seals around doors and boot are treated and tyres are cleaned. Exterior vinyl and rubber trim treated with a specialist conditioner. Wheels are cleaned and sealed using Swiss*wax Autobahn treatment. Brake callipers cleaned and polished. Exterior Windows and mirrors are cleaned and treated with water repellent. Windscreen wipers cleaned and degreased then all chrome and metal surfaces cleaned and polished.

55% by volume of the purest grade one carnauba wax containing high concentration of wax esters, alcohols and long chain fatty acids. Enriched with natural organic extracts.

Paint Correction (£POA)
Paint correction is designed to remove swirl marks, light scratches, fading paintwork or etching caused by bug remains and bird droppings with a two-stage machine polish. We use a gauge to check paint thickness and treat accordingly. It can involve a highly intensive sanding process followed by multi-stage machine polishing to re-level the paint and leave an unblemished layer. Plastic head lights and rear lights can also have swirl marks, which can be removed safely with careful machine polishing. Restoring the the bodywork to near-perfect showroom condition, the cost of this treatment is usually recouped by raising the residual value of the vehicle in question.

Wheels and Hubs (£POA)
Wheels can be the hardest part of your car to clean as they are continuously covered by brake dust and road grime. Brake dust can be very corrosive on alloy wheels and difficult to remove as it is deposited at very high temperatures, and etches into the protective coating. We can either clean the wheels whilst still on the vehicle or remove them for a thorough cleaning. The outer and the inner wheel surfaces are cleaned with a non acidic cleaner. A special wheel wax can be applied to protect the wheel from further contamination then a spray polish is used to create a high shine finish. Further to this we can paint and clean up the hubs. This involves wire brushing the hubs to remove any loose paint and brake dust then priming and painting the hubs before applying wax finish if required.
