Since 1988 we have been cleaning, refurbishing and protecting vehicles which are vulnerable to corrosion. Land Rovers, Jeeps, 4X4s, vans, pickups, motorhomes and most classic cars can all be treated and we are happy to inspect, clean, repair, treat and apply Waxoyl rust prevention treatments to any vehicle that might be susceptible to corrosion.
Protection of your vehicle is very important to ensure its longevity and avoid expensive repairs later in life or even its subsequent scrappage. In the UK the use of road-salt in winter is particularly harsh so we recommend treating and preserving your vehicle every five years but owners of vehicles located near the coast or, even worse, vehicles that have been driven in the sea are particularly vulnerable and we would highly recommend carrying out rust prevention inspection and treatment more often.
Once the initial treatment has been applied we are more than happy to carry out annual inspections and touch up or re-apply the rust prevention treatments as necessary.

Free Health Check
Every vehicle that is booked in for a Waxoyl rustproofing treatment will get a free health check to confirm that all is well with your vehicle. This will give reassurance to you that all safety issues are in order and components like tyres and the exhaust are fit to last through to the next time you book your vehicle in for service. If there are any concerns about work that may be required our service team will be happy to advise the best course of action.
New state-of-the-art rust prevention facilities
Very well-lit to allow our staff to be able to thoroughly clean and inspect your vehicle. We are happy to escort all of our customers to inspect their own vehicle once it is up on the ramps to better understand and appreciate the underside condition of your vehicle and the quality of our work.
Treatment application, chassis, bulkhead and door frame injection
Our treatments are heated to the optimum application temperature and injection sprayed into the chassis, bulkhead and other cavities in your vehicle. You can specify whether you want the running-gear, axles and suspension treating or not along with the optional door frame treatment. We can also remove door cards and apply rustproofing to the door frames to help discourage long term corrosion issues.
*Please note: There are some restrictions on which vehicles we can accommodate depending on weight, length and body style. We use industry standard 2-post, 4-arm hydraulic lifts to raise the vehicle during treatment. Some motorhomes may be too long for this and some low slung classic or sports cars, for instance, are not able to be lifted in such a way.
Chassis Shot-Blasting, Repairs and Replacement
If there is any concern that chassis or other underbody repairs are required we are fully kitted out to weld, repair or replace any badly corroded areas to be cut out and neatly replaced prior to repainting and anti-corrosion treatment. We can also replace rear cross members on on Land Rover and wheel arches and sills on other vehicles. If the chassis is beyond economical repair there is an option to fit a replacement galvanised chassis to ensure your Vehicle serves you well for the next 30 plus years.
There are occasions with some vehicles, particularly Defenders, where we can shotblast the complete underside including all axles, running gear, suspension and chassis. We will then apply special anti-corrosion satin-black paintwork prior to applying rust prevention treatments. The end result is truly superb and we often advise customers to refurbish their wheels at the same time to give the entire bottom half of your vehicle a real spring in its step!
