WORKSHOP MANAGER/SUPERVISOR

We are currently looking for a new team leader to oversee the running of our busy workshops along with managing shop floor staff, liaising with service customers with a wide range of requirements. This position would suit an individual with experience in this field. An advantage would be enthusiasm for all things Land Rover and the outdoors.

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

We are looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician to join our great team. The successful applicant would be an experienced Vehicle Technician who is confident in carrying out all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair. Strong motivation, organisation in a workshop environment and attention to detail are key. They must have a good understanding of modern vehicle electrics and diagnostic work. A passion for all things Land Rover and the outdoors would be an advantage.

BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN

Due to business growth within our specialist sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Body and Paint Technician to join our Company specialising in Land Rover Defenders, based in Peterborough. The role is a hands-on role, inspecting, repairing, preparing, painting and polishing vehicles to a very high standard. You will need to work quickly and efficiently, ensuring the job is done to the highest standard. Experience is essential for this role and experience with aluminium panel repair would be an advantage. This is a fast-paced role within a small independent business.

The successful applicant must have:

• Full UK driving licence with the ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Must be over the age of 21 for business insurance purposes.
• Have extensive knowledge of products, paints and equipment needed for specific tasks and jobs.
• Flexible working for the needs of the business.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Be motivated and work as a team to meet deadlines and be determined to deliver excellence consistently.
• Good communication and able to deal with customers on a face-to-face basis when providing quotes and information of works carried out.
• Have a keen eye for detail and spot imperfections.
• The ability to multitask on more than one job if required.
• Be able to follow processes and procedures.
• Have the determination and drive to succeed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the workshop and site grounds.
• Enjoy coming to work and being part of a small team.
